Carp, Trash or Good Eating?
Just wondering how many of you view carp as a trash fish like I once did, and how many of you eat them? I once thought they were just trash fish until a few weeks ago I ate some that me and a friend caught and his grandpa cooked. And I have to say that it tasted just like catfish. And that is the most fun I have had fishing in along time.
