Thanks. Apparently this is not what I thought it was. Never done that before. It would be hard from my kayak I bet.

1st video, hookset is pricless. Man I would love to flip for 6, 7, 8 lb bass.

2nd video, fish picked up the bait quick, right after the drop. Man that makes me want to get our the stick and start pitching in the basement.

Chuck, I watched many of this guys videos just now and noticed one big thing. He obviously loves fishing heavy cover, but did you notice how far he fished from the boat. That is probably my biggest downfall as I seem to favor inside 15 feet from the boat when flipping. He was flipping almost 60 feet from the boat, covering some major ground.

I'm like you Buckhunter14 ..I'm right on them..I use the wind to my advantage..I'll let the wind blow me along the shoreline and stick the bait on them..

Or nudge myself in a thick spot and hit every crack and cranny.

MRl0004 ..a Kayak would be perfect...I've caught many bass flipping sitting down..When my wife and I were first married ; she used to hold a book in one hand reading it and flipping with the other...sitting sown.SHe caught a lot of bass..

The good thing about a kayak..you can get to places most guys can't A kayak would be perfect for skimming across cover ..especially mats...and sitting back flipping.
