Fishing joined by an eagle!

Check out this story on www.wildramblings.com about these guys fishing for largemouth bass and were joined by a bald eagle. Here is the link http://wildramblings.com/ .

We see the eagles all the time up here. I also feel the osprey is better at fishing than the eagle is. Although they both take a lot of fish off the water. The eagle also like to take small animals off the water as well. I watched one on one particular day take a baby duck off the water for a meal. That is the short and sweet of it all as I am not much for all the rambling.. Here is a pic I took of an eagle sitting in a tree waiting for something to come by..

Great photo of the bald eagle! In southern VT at Somerset Reservoir you can see 5 or 6 eagles a day, but I have fished in the Rangeley of Maine on Aziscohos and you are correct, eagles and ospreys rule there!
