nice fish and always great to see bald eagles. We see them rarely and they are such beautiful birds. Congrats again on the catch and sighting!

they are getting to be more and more a common sighting for us, we have four or five areas of guntersville lake that we always feel like we'll see one or a pair, chuck i'll post Shirley's pick over there later today...

Nice fish the mrs. caught M.T.!! The eagles up here has been taken off the endangered listing as we have quite a few of them right now..But it is still nice to see them. It is pretty common for me to see them flying over the house as they head for the river across the street..

I thought about you today MThands when I was driving..I noticed a bald eagle scoop down and pick up a 2 foot moccassin to carry home for dinner..I was surprized that the bird wasn't harmed..the snake looked freaky dangling and striking in the air..but looked helpless in the vise tight talons of the raptor .
