a friend of mine won a tournament a week ago with 18 and change, caught them in yellow creek with a trick worm, i have always done good this time of year around bay springs...

The crappie are biting on minnow at night. Try bumping the bottom , i caught one last weekend that went 14 inches on the yellow creek channel.
