My dad has a small farm pond that is full of bluegill about that size. Nothing like doing a saturday afternoon fishing trip with the kids and catching about 20 of them, then immediately fileting them and frying them up with homemade french fries and maybe some frog legs.

thats huge crappie! how do you prefer to prepare/cook/eat your crappie and bluegills??

I prefer to filet my crappie and dip them in Zatarrains Fish Fry. Then I fry them outside using mypropane cooker. Let'em sit until they float to the top. For extra crispy I let them float a little longer;). Man that's some good eating.:D
