and I'll be good to go. Guys I went to my little honey hole today for a little bass fishing. Was throwing a shad colored crankbait (DT4). I'd gotten several hits on it but couldn't close the deal. Don't know what was happening but on one fish I had it hooked but not in the mouth (Never had that happen before). Anyway, this guy hit the crankbait and boy was I ever surprised. Funny thing is I've been thinking about starting Crappie (we call them sac-a-lait here in Louisiana) fishing but didn't think my little lake had any in it. This Crappie hit my crankbait. So you know what that means...I'm off to BassPro or Academy for some Crappie jigs...Anybody got in tips/suggestions for how to effectively catch Crappie. Thanks guys, here's a pic.
