Well here's the first dinner..
Fllets from 8 bluegills
Jalapeno hush Puppies
Potato Latkes
Diet Pepsi
Baked Beans with bacon and molasses

good looking fish c7 have you ever just fried them whole is saves a whole lot more meat than fileting them......scale m, cut the heads off, gut m, batter'm up and fry them whole=thats the way we do it

Appreciate all the replies..

I've eatten them whole many times..but my son has gotten bones before ..and plus I check for worms..There were no worms..but yep..I personally prefer them whole as well.

Reb..I agree ..I have some chopped up Vidalia onions in these but I could have ringed them just as well..I love iced tea too fellows..fact I like pretty much all foods....one of my many problems..[&:]

That sugar cane sounds good too Reb..Fact..the fish were so darn good I'm going back for more Friday..I'll bass fish and drift a couple of redwormed rigged bobbers behind as well.
