It's official!
Bass ARE going on bed just south of Palatka Florida! It was in the newspaper this morning. I guess that means Ima gonna go fishin!!!!

Oh yeah, people are catching limits of specks also, but the specks are closer to home. Bluegill are turned on. Hmm, lightweight rod and line and some crickets. Or should I get something bigger? Aw heck, Ima gonna limit out on everything and fill the freezer!

Oh well, I'm going to Mexico pretty quick and fish for 7 days. Might take a day away from the ocean and hit a bass lake<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>. Warm and fish....It don't get no better than that! (Except for a good huntin trip!)
