I just use Excel. I created a page that has drop down options for body of water, species targeted, species caught, weather. The other colums I use for lure, time, temp & notes. I can email you the one that I use if you would like.

I haven't heard back from you. Were you able to edit my file to fit your needs? And any suggestions you have would be appreciated.
