Default Can the northern win the tourny?

Yes,
I know a man in VA who caught a beutiful 9.75 in VA ..Fort AP Hill to be exact..A public fishing area..29 inches long.

Fishing gets tough in Oct. Josh planned it like that on purpose. He knows Bass fishing. In Oct. we mostly catch 1 - 2 pound fish..down here in the south.I have no idea where they go.Big ones can rarely be found. Oct. is when we are having our finals. Archery will be a factor..and hardto find fish in the south may be a factor. I've always did rotten in Nov. and Oct. mainly produces small ones..So to win a southern fisherman needsto know his stuff. ..I've got some ideas ..Shoot..I may not even be in the finals...
