Good point Josh!!! Also during the bass pro spring sale they mark the Bionic Blades down to 49.99 from 79.99. I bought 3 of them last spring at my local Bass Proin St. Louis, MO.

I've become a fan of All Star rods. Super sensitive, quick tip and a solid backbone....Excellent hook sets.

I bought my first St Croix rod last year for trout and I will never buy anything else. The Premier rods run between $60 and $150 depending on what you buy. I used to only buy Walmart rods and I got tired of never feeling bites and them breaking after one season. I think it's worth the money to get a better rod and they are made in the USA.

I have always used uglysticks. They are available at wal-mart and cost about 40.00 with a life time warranty.:)
