Fish are biting good around me, we have a while for spawning yet!

Actually any day now...I'll be going out every weekend from here out. I can't wait...it's fun finding them in the middle of the week bedding when no one else is on the water. I did last year and it was like a dream. That last a good month and then as it slows down I'll fish the wild shiners .The hydrilla has gotten horrible in one of my hot lakes.

within the next few weeks they should be spawning here but i know im not having troubles catching any fish right now

one stream wow that would be hell for me, in a weekend i tend to hit 3 different places if i can but i usually dont go to the same place in a month unless im catching lots of big fish the next big one i catch ill dedicate it too you childers

Nothing spawning here either but, the whitefish should be starting around the middle of March and I can't wait for them either. For as far as other fish they have been hitting although not that hard yet. They will be hitting better shortly I think.

how are you northerners having the fish spawning already???
