Default Anybody use a Baby 1- for largemouth?

I've personally caught more fish on this bait, more specifically the one with the chartreuse body and black back/stripes, than anything else. I love it to the point that if I don't ahve one on me I don't really want to go fishing (I have one hanging from my rearview mirror just in case hehe).

It could just be superstition, but I would suggest trying one of these guys out. My dad turned me on to them a couple of years ago and I haven't looked back since.

I should probalby mention that 99% of my fishing is in holes in the ground designed to keep the cows hydrated so you obviously wouldn't want to use one of these in the dead middle of Pickwick Lake or something hehe.

I'm not calling it a magic lure and guaranteeing fish or anything like that, but I do think they'd be a couple bucks well spent if you use crankbaits at all.

just found this:

The one I use is the "Fire Shad." It's at the bottom of the right column on the top half (part with the grayed backgrond).

My favorite bait ever made! (Well besides the plastic frog) I completely agree about the fire shad but taking it a bit further I found that it works 10x better than the glitter fire shad.

I found 3 stuck in trees. I chucked them some but my favorite is Bomber A Fire Tiger. Our pits are deep. I mostly look for rock bars about 8-10 feet deep after the spawn.. I do have a freind who belongsto a bass club and he loves those Baby -1 s
