I love bass-crappie-walleye.What do u think is the best eatin??

My favorite is crappie soaked all night in buttermilk and then deep fried the next evening. Here is a picture of some fried bluegills, apple pie and beans and bacon.

NOW!!! if I could eat fish that I have eatten from other states my list from best to good would be..

Any freshwater trouit...especially brook
walleyed pike
Red fish
Bluefish
and
SHAD ROE !!!

Crappies like Chuck7 likes them and fresh Vermont brook trout fried ina cast iron fry pan over an open fire with potatoes, corn and a cold beer.
