Oh Sixpoint40 I do buddy.A year ago we were told by doctors he had 4 months due to cancer(3rd stage).Kemo and Rad. teatments cleaned him up with alot of prayer.Dad is one tough Bird!!I hope one day that i might be 1/2 the man he has been.

He's the i blame for my addiction to hunting and fishing....LOL

Seriously though,I owe it all to him

I really am glad to see you guys had a good time. I also cherish every time I hutn and fish with my granpa's, grandma's and even father. It's a great time to soak up some memories, and just love every minute of it. I'm lucky enough to have grandparents who are still active enought to hunt with me, and I do cherish it...

That is a beautiful fish. My father just had Surgery for a broken back and I hope I can get him back to Canada for some fishing next year.

The experience of fishing with your pop will outweigh any catch you or he will ever have, from the smallest minnow to the next world record largemouth bass. That is a right nice crappie.
At least it appears that you didn't have to kid your dad about choking it to death with the bait like I did my dad.

That definitely is a nice fish and your dad sure looks like he enjoyed the moment. This sort of makes me want to give my dad and call to see if he would like to head out one day soon.
