Default RE: Bank Lines

Another Awesome weekend!
50 fish
47 flatheads.

smallest fish was a 9 pound flathead, the biggest was 2 44 pound FH. Most were in the teens and twenties. We caught all of our big ones on the same log. The locals there are idiots. They constantly harrassed us about checking there lines/jugs. Which we did not do. These idiots did not know how we were catching our fish, but it made them mad that we were catching them the way we were. Sometimes it just isn't worth the trip when you have to deal with it. These guys would run jugs and trot lines all night. They wouldn't catch crap. Apparently it was their fish we were catching. Anyway-- the flatheads are about ready to lay eggs, once that happens the big ones will sit on their nest and you won't catch crap for a while. I would say one more weekend left. Get at em boys the fishing for the big ones is hot.
