Not too sure whats wrong with it. Doesnt want to turn over fast, selling entire thing for parts. Missing tilt and trim motor (rest is there), and the starter relay needs replaced.

I'll let it go for $100 if you want to come get it, just because I dont have the time to mess with it

I sprayed some gas/oil into the cylinders, and it did fire, so This motor should run. That said, the home owners association is on me for having a motor laying in my back yard, so it needs to go asap.
