encore twist

Default encore twist

Anyone know what the twist rate is in the encore barrel for 25-06?Looked on their web site didn't see it .Thanks

Thanks,I ordered one to try on my encore.Hope it is as accurate as my muzzleloader barrel.

I took a woodchuck at 503 yards with my 25-06 Encore,accurate enough? ...

Yes ordered the forearm,bullets,cases and dies too,should be here next week.
PaJack are you shooting reloads or factory ?I ordered hornady 117 sst's if you have a good load for them.
I put a pic in the muzzleloader section if you want to see how well the muzzleloader shoots,thats why I said if it shoots as good as the muzzleloader.
Can't wait to try out the 25-06.Thanks fellows for your help

good luck with the 25-06 when you get it... I have you surrounded in calibers, 243 and 280, plus a bunch more... this T/C thing is like a sickness... the interchangability of all the barrels, stocks etc just keeps my simple butt broke all the time... I'm waiting on a laminated wood stock from EABCO now... should be here early in the week... by the way they have the laminated sets on sale for $99.00 both the nutmeg and the salt and pepper... if you ever have any questions on the Encore, Contender or any of the H&R/NEF guns check this out...
