Wow, tough criteria on the money side. Might have to either settle for a pump, or move up another 120 dollars. 1187, or 1100 is about the cheapest, most reliable you are going to get for 520 dollars. You can also find the cheaper berrettas at walmart for about the same price. They are very reliable also.
Anything below that, reliability goes out the window

There are a few shotguns from Spain and Turkey on the market in that price range ,but have to agree with the others spend the extra money and get a gun that parts will be available for if you need them .

I'll disagree. I bought a Bakail MP153 last year for $320. Shoots 3 1/2 mags, semiauto, built like a tank, and doesn't miss a beat. not very pretty, but it works well and patterns great. Take a look at one.

I just bought a Mossberg 935. It would not cycle the 3 1/2" shells. They took it back and I bought a Spartan O/U 12g. If you want a good auto loader you probably have to spend a bajillion dollars and get a Beretta or Benelli. I would stay away from mossbergs auto's. There pumps are great though.

May want to consider a used auto. I'd look at the Remingtons as noted.
