how do you remove the bolt from a rem. mod 660 they were produced it the early 70's. i e-mailed remington they did not respond thank you for any help you can give me

I had one a few years back in 350 RM.If I remember correctly in front of the trigger in the trigger guard was a release.I sold mine a few years back after not using it for a long time. See if that latch isn't in the trigger guard in front of the trigger on the top by the stock.I think that will do the trick for you.

I think that the gun is broken and you should just send the remains to me I will shot..., I mean dispose of this gun in a proper fashion
