Okey I've been using Fedral ammo for my shotgun and i can hit an squriel and it takes me about 4 shots to kill it what ammo would you use also it has to be in 410 model and 3 inch shot

What range are you shooting at ?
What choke dose your gun have ?
What loads are you shooting ?
IMO the 410 is a short range gun ,30 yards and in at best.
I would want a shootgun with a full choke .
I would use #6 .

even with a 12 guage I try to keep my shots on squirrel 30 yards and under
