The only thing I know about Ruger's new cartridge is what I read from their online "press release". If the cartridge accomplishes what it claims it can....I'd think it'd be "death and destruction" on any thing up to coyotes. Of course if there is a "fly in the soup", so to speak, is the question of how well it handles heavy winds. But the truth is...there isn't a thing in the world you can do about windy conditions....except to learn to "read it" and compensate for it.
The .204 sounds like a very interesting concept.
P.S. I am sure there is probably nothing you can do with it....that can't already be done with something else......but what the heck! Variety is the spice of life.....(hhhheeeeyyyyyy.....the wife just slapped the back of my head.)
