Default Henry rifles

I see Henry is coming out with a single shot rifle and shotgun in May. I was looking a the specs on the rifle and among other chamberings I see it is coming out in a .45-70.
That would be a neat rifle except for one thing. They're making it only with extractors at this time. I sent an email on this to them where I stated that a single shot rifle, while being a great idea, should IMO have ejectors if it were to be used as a hunting rifle.
I'm waiting to see what their reply is.

I am sure it would be ok but none of my shot guns have ejectors and I do ok with them and no issues of losing empties
