Thanks... I forgot to mention the other day while on a break from work, I took my Rock Island 1911 out to the range again. This time I went with a buddy and we put two boxes (100 rounds total) of American Eagle 230gr FMJ through it. We traded off, and he fell in love with my 1911 .45ACP and I shot his Glock #19 9mm (which was...okay... but felt like a big square piece of plastic!)

No problems, no hiccups, no failures, no anything... Perfect handling as expected out of a brand new 1911!

This is my last target (one of those free computer print targets off the internet) and as seen, I was maybe about 6 or 7 yards away. Most of the rounds were a little to the right and a little low. With me being a complete lefty (lefthanded, left eye dominant) I don't know if I was properly lined up or not. But at least the groupings are tight!

From the looks of the group and being handicapped left handed (LMAO!!!!) I would be willing to say that he aint going to court!!!!
