Default Remington Arm

Once again I posted on the Remington Arms Facebook page why I wasn't able to buy any Remington reloading components for my .223. (bullets, cases). Asking them if they are selling it all to the Dept of Homeland Security for their stockpiling scheme.
All I asked them for was a straight answer. And guess what? They deleted my post again.
So for all you Reminton fans out there - it looks like they don't care about us private citizens, just the almighty dollar.

Why does that surprise you? Theyre a business just like all the others in the world and their main objective is the bottom line, not you as an individual questioning their business practices of how they get there!

I believe in free enterprise as much as anyone. But to sell out their customer base for a political scheme deserves a boycott.

I'm not 100% sure of this...but isn't Remington Arms and Remington Components (ammo, bullets, etc.) separate corporations?

Their brass is not bad at all. In some cartridges it is the only readily available choice.

To each their own. That does not mean that it is bad brass.

I have no use for Remington at all. They used to make a decent product for the $$$ but that has changed. Their warranty sucks. I bought a 700 years ago that was chambered in 270 Winchester. The chamber reaming tool was chipped, and after it sat for a year before firing, I finally got around to shooting it. The brass extracted looking like a bolt, minus the nut. I then got out the bore light and had a good look at their workmanship. The chamber was threaded. I immediately contacted Remington by phone, and they told me that he warranty was expired on it and that I was on my own. Remington can KISS MY A$$. My 30 year old Weatherby was still covered. I phoned them, Weatherby, told them the problem and everything that I needed was shipped immediately. Same with Browning and Ruger. They are great to deal with. Remington sucks.

I found Remington brass to be very soft. It flows when approaching max loads, and the primer pockets open up real quick. Give me Norma brass.

But the fact that the question wasn't answered is what bothers me.
