I just sighted in my .243 woodsmaster. .75" groups. This is the most accurate rifle I have ever owned. Granted, I sight in at the indoor 25 yard range, haven't gotten to the 100 yd range yet. But this rifle holds a nice group.

I credit it to the 1 piece DMZ mount, with a VX6 scope.

The .243 recoil with the semi auto is perfect. The action is still very stiff; I suspect a 100 rounds it will loosen up.

My BAR will sit in the safe, as I hate the attached magazine.

25 yards really doesn't give you a good idea... .75 at a hundred yards now that my be something to brag about...

Hows the trigger on the 750' the rem 742/740s I have handled have tradable triggers take to hands to pull triger. Both have been in 6mm. One was my dad's uncle's and one was my cousins. My uncle's had a 4x leupold and, my cousin has a 4-12 leupold.

I've got one, and I am very happy with it. I did some research on it, though, before I bought it and I am glad that I did.

First off, it didn't cycle worth anything until I shot about 60 rounds through it. After that, though, it's been unstoppable.

Second, KEEP THE CHAMBER CLEAN.

I have been able to get it to group at least as well as my bolt rifles.

If you break it in, and keep the chamber clean, it will be the best deer rifle you've ever owned.
