Question Remington 887 Nitromag?

Couldn't find any threads on this site about this gun. Iwent to Turner's the other day and held one of these and I can't believe how good it felt. The action felt amazing, it was light as hell, and the hiviz sights are amazing. I also LOVE the fact it has the super recoil pad, the the armorlokt coating, as well as the fact it shoots 3 1/2's. for a pump-lover like myself, this gun really seems and feels PERFECT for me. i wanted to see if any of you gentlemen have heard anything further on this gun whether you own it yourself or know someone who has. also, not to be rude, i'm only looking for info on this gun specifically. i don't really want a bunch of replies telling me to go with a benelli instead or some other gun. although it's appreciated, i'm looking for any info on this gun only. thanks gentlemen!

i agree, the 870 is all around amazing. i want to keep it as my upland gun, but i want this nitromag REAL bad for a waterfowl gun.

The feel makes me caution the idea...but a pump gun ain't complicated and any problems oughta be easy to fix

yep. the way i see it is if was priced any higher, it wouldn't br worth the try if it has as good of a feel as it does. for only $500 with an awesome camo finish, and a great rep with remington's 870 and this being based on the 870, i think it's definitely worth a shot. i'll be picking it up for sure sometime this year. i'll be sure to let everyone know how it goes for me next season. i got a real good feeling about it..
