Default Trigger system for a Rem VTR

I have two questions:

I had my remington trigger changed out about 8 years ago on my Sendero. I just bought a VTR and was looking to change out the trigger system so I can adjust it LIGHT.

First is what trigger system do you guys prefer and is it hard to change out the trigger system yourself or should you have a smith do it?

Thanks in advance

How Light is Light? Do you want it in oz. or Ibs. triger pull? I have had my Remington 700 with old and new triggers adjusted down to 2 Ibs. safely. Just change the trigger spring and adjust them.
