Default RE: M&P 9c

I'm EXTREMELY shocked that s&w m&p outshot kimber!!!!! Trying to wrap my head around that. Congrats on a rare shooting m & p, or regrets on the poor shooting kimber.

i hope you stay happy with your M&P. they were produced to compete with Glock but seem to fall short.

Default RE: Glock?

You hit the nail right on the head there! Even though the Glock is an excellent pistol,I never cared for them but some guys think the sun wouldn't come up without their Glocks, and try to push them on everybody else, just like jehovah's witnesses.

ORIGINAL: Ron Duval
I was trying to write a "Firearm Review" with my impressions of this particular M&P. Glocks are another matter for another day. Most people that ownGlocks likethem and are "Glock Only Guys." They are a fine pistol, but I don't care for them. This M&P pistol did very well in acutal testing. My opinion is thatthis M&Pis comparable to the Glocks, but it is an updated and improved version that is made in the USA. I was surprised that it shot a bit better than pistols of which I think highly (4" Kimber and a SIG 226.)

the main complaint i have heard about the M&P's is their lack of resistance against weather elements. i don't think Glock is the best shooting pistol out there but i do think they are the most dependable and reliable. if they weren't, 90% of the world's law enforcement wouldn't carry them. as long as YOU'RE happy with your purchase, that's all that matters.
