I think they make very nice guns. I use an 835 for turkey and would never think of switching.

Own a SSI-ONE in the .308 shoots pretty well.Only used it twice,one grondhog and a buck.The 500 is the raining day turkey gun.It has killed just about as many as the 11-87 supermag has.

love my 835. i bought it back inthe mid 90'sand have never had a problem with it. i have shot MANY dove, deer and hawgs with it. with the exception of dove hunting, it stays loaded with 3 1/2" 00 buck.

is that just for a plain gun or does it come scoped???? if its plain thats a little high. i got my plain black atr .270 from walmart for $250.

bltrax...i feel as most do..mossberg shotguns are a good value for a few bucks...no pun intended...the same applies to that bolt action...and I hear a lot of good things about the new lever gun

Walmart only lists the ATR 100 in 2 calibers now.
