Default Sako L691 bolt

When cleaning my sako bolt, i found that the side long plate (dnt kno what its called, extractor?) attached parrallel to the bolt, rotates 360 degrees when rotated with ur hand and will continue doin so with ease if u keep on rotating with ur hand without difficulty where as in other guns to an angle not 360 degrees, is this normal? If not is it a major problem?

Mine does that too. I'm sure it's normal. Seems to be some sort of slide, not quite sure what function it serves though.

Don't think it is a problem since mine has been doing that for the last fourteen years.
