Default BSA and TRISTAR shotguns

Does anyone know anyrhing about BSA and TRISTAR shotguns?
I was told by a gun dealer that they are owned and imported
by Bennelli. I have not seen or heard too much about either gun.
Just short articles in gun magazines.

I don't really know anything about either brand, but I have handled a couple of Tristar guns. They weren't terrible but just felt cheaply made.
