I got a different spring for mine and it dropped the trigger pull way down. It made it alot easier on my finger pulling the trigger. Look on Midway under the parts. I forget what the spring actually was for but it made a major change.

At the range I stage the trigger to improve accuracy.
Once you pull through on trigger hold firm on target.
Practice, practice, practice.....
