Probably one of the better hunting revolvers out there for the money. But if you don't handload...what the other guys have said makes sense, go with the .44 mag. I have both and my .44 mags are my "go to" guns when hunting. I have a SBH .44 SS with a 2x leupold I will be selling when I get back to MN this spring if you are interested. I have WAY too many hunting handguns and am trying to thin them out.
