All that I can say is that I have been ROFLMAO reading this thread. One thing that I can say is that I have owned a few Stevens/Savage rifles and they have all been good, but a little rough around the edges. They have all been functionally adequate and very stout and sturdy With the exception being the .22 that I bought my daughter last year with the synthetic stock, it feels kindof like it wouldnt take much to break it. Now my opinion on you guys' lil pissing match here, I have a strong feeling that if you guys actually did meet you would probably end up being pretty good shooting buddies and it would come away with a mutual agreement to agree to disagree.[&:][:-]
