Hey all. I just ordered a Charles Daly Superior II 22 bolt action rifle. Made by Zastava (as some of you know) who made many millitary and sporting arms. The wood is nice walnut and it is supposedly high luster blued. I have heard these are good guns. Mine will be topped by a nearly worthless Simmons 4x scope but the rings will be used to hold a decent sightron 4x. CDNN had these last ones on sale for 150 bucks. My local pawn broker just charges me 10 bucks for a transfer so after shipping I will have 172 bucks in a european made mini mauser 22 rifle with walnut stock. I will let you know how it looks when I get it on Friday.
Anyone else have one?

they made a great gun did you see the word made charles daly does not make them anymore remmy slip in the back door and stuk a knife in charles daly remmy makes them now it is the 798 and the 799 from remmy they put a cheap stock on them and raise the price leaf it to remmy to sdrew things up.

I have one that shoots great. It's small size and weight make it a great rifle to carry around in the woods.
