"I have never heard of a tikka"

That's all I need to hear.................
For those who understand, no explanation is needed. For those who do
not understand, no explanation is possible.

I've owned 3 tikka's. I just didn't care for the feel of the rifle. They ALL shot sub moa. the 338 fed shot under 1/2 if I did my part.

Super smooth action, fantastic trigger (adjustable 2-4 lb), light weight and very accurate. What's not to like? I will admit, it does have a unique feel to it. But very easy to get used to. I love my T3 Lite 30-06. And I may very well be purchasing a 338 Federal soon if I can find one in LH.

I'm Tikka T3 (.300 WM and .30-06) and Sako A7 (.300 WM and .270 Win) owner / shooter. With properly torqued rings and quality scopes, I see all live up to the 3 and 5 shot MOA guarantees respectively.
The problem that one showed on a their rifle, though serious, was on a limited number of barrels Sako/Tikka found had problems they found cause, fixed and replaced. No such problems have happened since.

Some will say an accuracy guarantee is worthless from what I have read here. To each there own.

Double A: I'm sorry, but I have targets that prove that my .17 HMR (@50 yds), .223, 7-08, and 30-06 Savage rifles will definately shoot sub MOA. The 7-08 has shot consecutive sub 1/2MOA. So they are accurate. Now getting back to the Tikka T3, although not quite as accurate as the Savage '06, it will still shot right around 1" groups. But the action, trigger and weight of the Tikka beats the Savage hands down. The Accutrigger on the Savage is good. But the trigger on the Tikka breaks like glass. Simply beautiful.

My T3 SS/Lite in 270 WSM is the current favorite in my stable...it handles very nicely...adjustable trigger that breaks like glass, bolt as smooth as butter...dollar for dollar...it outperforms everything else in my safe.
