Default lanber or verona o/u

Can anybody give me any information on these guns. I know they are not Beretta's but are they a good value for what they are?

Cabela's is selling an O/U and it's one of these......wish I could remember which. It looked real nice and handled well as I was looking at it but I didn't fire it so have nothing concrete.....

Having said all that it was clear based on the foreend stock design that it is the very same gun Charles Daly is (maybe was) importing and I do own one of those.....piece of $h-- is the best I can say for it.

I have a Lanber O/U and itseems pretty well made comparing it to the Remington sparta .I haven't really shot it all that much , just got it for a very reasonable price at a auction .

I own a Verona LX503 in 20 gauge and like it very much. Wood is beautiful and wood to metal fit is excellent. Weighs about 6.5 pounds and points very nicely.
I paid $759.00 back in May at Gander Mountain for mine. It is a Golden Quail and has a gold quail on each side of the receiver and a woodcock on the underneath side along with some fine line engraving on the receiver as well. I don't think you can find a better shotgun for the money and have seen some that I feel are not as good sell for a lot more. Comes with three screw in chokes and choke tool.A very nice over and under .

The Verona also comes with a lifetime guarantee.

My buddy just bought a Lanber and it looks very nice and shoots well. I had the opportunity to shoot it and it handled very well. I have seen the Verona at Gander Mountain and they visually look a little more appealing than the Lanber. I'm partial to Italian O/U being a Beretta shooter, but I think either one will do you very well for a long time. The Lanber he bought was $500 and the Verona at Gander reatailed at$750.

I used to have a lamber. It was OK. I used it as my 'beater' duck gun for a while. Never any problems with it.
I like the looks of the new Mossberg O/Us.
