Upper limb handicapeed doesn't maen it has to be missing or mangeled.If he can't draw and hold a bow with Texas minimum of 40#, he will need to get a Doctors statment saying so. The cross bow must have at least 150 draw in Texas to be legal.
I lost my dad 2 years ago, to cancer, and we were working on setting up his first time to sit in a stand, he would use a camera. It never happened, but sure wish it would have.Never pass up time with your mom, dad or your kids, life is just to damn short!

Hurry up and wait.
