I am sure there are some ranches in Texas that have elk and there is a place in MO that has an elk herd called High Adventure Ranch.

RWK would you be interested in only a fair chase hunt, or would a ranch be ok? I know there are ranches available. For fair chase, depending on the disability, you'd need to find something like a ranch that has good elk numbers coming to an area that's easily accessible for you. There are places like this, just need to do your research and talk to the outfitter about your needs and expectations.

Short answer is yes. Many outfitters accommodate disabled hunters, as do some states.
