I forgot to mention, the buck on the left was killed with archery tackle during Pa's rifle season. The buck on the right was also killed with archery tackle during Iowa's shotgun season in 2002.

Well guys, the buck grossed just over 132 and netted 123 3/8inches. Out of the 11 guesses given only three guys were within a few inches (Nice work Matt/Pa, MB, and Nubo 
). I think this is proof enough a picture can prove extremely deceptive, and by no means is a way to obtain an accurate score on a buck. Inches can be "lost" or "gained" just by the angle the picture is taken from. I was motivated just to do this by posts like "the 6th entry" and "the pope and young tutorial....use it!!!". I think it pretty much proves the point that even the best, most experienced scorers can easily be wrong when judging from a picture. The contest was started to be fun, so lets keep it that way...theres no need for posts that question each other's integrity- This is supposed to be fun!

This is what a 130 inch 9 point buck looks like its a base frame 8 with a kicker on the brow tine, your appears much larger. I am not arguing I would just like to compair the two of them is all.

If you split the difference between justhunt's and BW's guess you'd be dead on. 178 and 184 yeilds 181. You guys were very close!

Buckeye, i purposely took the picture from a kneeling position looking up at the deer to make it seem much larger than it really is. I'm goin to visit my dad next weekend, ill try to hunt down the scorecard and i plan on posting some field pictures which make the deer look more realistic than the picture i posted. Its an awesome buck by any standards but it was its score was killed by deductions.

Here's another 130 class buck for comparison.
