RE: 6th Entry

Just to appease everyone including myself.... I am going to have a friend of mine score the antlers. He has scored antlers for me before. This is my first for myself in scoring. I scored it again using a tape measure used in sewing (don't tell my wife) and got a different result. The first time I used some para-cord and a metal measuring tape. I used the chord to get a length then put it to the tape to get a number. I see now that this wasn't a good way of doing it, the chord stretches.

Anyhow, Rob, just hold off on the score until I get back to you with a score from someone who has measured before.

Thanks

Not a problem. It'll remained entered and is officially entered until you tell me otherwise....thanks for being considerate. I've never scored one myself so I could likely make a mistake too....like I could shoot a 115 inch buck thinking it was a 140 class;)...LOL[8D]:):D Of course it'd score a 170 for the contest...I'd use a slack rubber band on the antler...and then stretch it on the tape..;)

If you want to get the rack rescored for your own personal satisfaction..then by all means go ahead. But it really seems to me there is really ONLY ONE other that doesn't believe in the score you got. Congrats on your animal!

Looks good to me. It doesn't take much to get over 80. Congrats.
