That's awfully early to be posting with a picture of your official kill! It'll prob take a little longer to get it on the official score thread.

I just got a call from a few home owners. They said they've seen some nice 10 points coming through their back yards. It's a shame I don't have time to hunt until the end of Oct.
We've waited this long to get started, a fer more days won't matter. The big boys won't start to get on the books until early Nov. any way.

This upcoming weekend brings a cold front to the midwest. Saturday the 18th, is Wisconsins archery opener. All you Wisconsin hunters should be in the right to take at least one mature buck this weekend. The moon phase will be about half...look for a good early saturday opener, and a good early afternoon. Sundays best times should be about the same. However, according to lunar tables look for a better Saturday afternoon and a better Sunday morning.
Good luck to the Wisconsin boys, which also include several members of team hunting.net, including me.

Don't forget Mississippi...our 250+ pound deer don't move much when its 80+ degrees warm out.
