I was giving it tonight on a friends food plot ,I had a doe and fawn come in at 4:30 and hang around for 10minutes and never had a clue that I was there .I knew I could have taken them at any time but I only have one tag left and that's for a buck for the team .It got dark and so I decided it was time to climb out of the stand and head for the truck,as I climbed up hill to the truck something huge bolted out of the hardwoods and into the slash on my left ,I'm not sure whether it was a buck or doe but it was huge in order to make that much noise .

I'll be back out in the morning for a hunt ,but I'll hunt another bush that I haven't hunted for a while ,and I know there's a 10 pointer in there since the owner seen him in the field on Tues.Tommorrow afternoon my daughter has hockey so the evening hunt might be in jeopardy.
Sun night I'll be back at the food plot to try again and hopefully I can help our team out some more . Talk later and I agree with you we need to give her hard to stay near the top since we're the underdog's.

Guy's I was out again this morning ,it sure had sign's of being good weather wise ,but I don't have anything good to report.The bush was pretty silent and after doing a bit of rattling and buck grunt's I got a grunt in return it was very clear .I could hear him walking around behind me but never got a look at him . I took a walk through his regular scrape path and I couldn't believe the fresh scrape that I found ,I will take a pic of it and get it posted in the next week, it's huge. This is the area that my game cam got the pic of him, that I posted earlier in the season .
I'm hoping to get out again tommorrow evening, and hopefully I'll have something good to report ,I think I'll go back to the food plot that I was hunting last night.

Well guy's I'm heading to the food plot again this evening ,hopefully it'll be fun,if you know what I mean.The wife's getting a little testy over this hunting day in and day out ,but I know she still love's me ,and she know's just how important this contest is to me .At least I think she still loves me >LOL

Just checking in guys. The weather here has been hot and the deer are not moving much[:@], just now finding some sign:). Our rut won't start till mid to late December. We also get to archery hunt the month of January:D. So I hope to have time to strike for the Team. Will keep you posted. Congradulations to all who have already struck.

I'm going out again tommorrow evening ,the rut is hot and heavy roght now and the only day for me to get out this week is yommorrow evening so I'm not going to miss out. I was beginning to think that Trock and I were the only 2 here lately .Nice to hear from you Luckybuck.Come on Team #11 let's here about your hunt's whether you see anything or not ,it's just nice to know you's are here .

Hey guys I am hunting almost everyday I see so much sign it is pitiful but they are making it at night. I havent saw a buck at all a lot of sign but no bucks. I havent given up but gun season starts next week and then muzzleloader so it sure isnt looking too good.

Don't give up Royak,Sooner or later your gonna get lucky .those buck's are gonna make a mistake sooner or later and hopefully your gonna be there when they do .Good luck bud and keep us posted ,we want to hear all about your hunt's.I'm heading out this afternoon and I'll be posting this evening just to keep everyone updated on the trial's and tribulation's of nubo LOL.
