I SECOND THAT VASAVAGE270 IAM HUNGREY TO,, THATS GOOD U HAVE AWEEK OFF THE WAY MY JOB IS 730 AT NIGHT TO 430 IN MORNING I CAN ALEAST GET OUT IN THE MORNING THEN TAKE QUICK NAP AND PICK MY DAUGHTER UP FOR 300, NO GOOD SLEEP WHEN HUNTING STARTS UP 3MONTHS OF WALKING AROUND SOMTIMES LIKE A ZOMBIE BUT ITS WELL WORTH IT, GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND ALL!!!!!

opening morning has come and gone 2 big does just out of range they changed there runs already like they knew i was there hanging a new stand today as much as i hate to do it ..hunting on state land stinks always taking stands down and putting up in the morning !!

vandalizum is horrid here can't leave anything the tree huggers will cut the tree down to get my stand out

one week to go and i cant wait all stands our up ,praticing everyday, just bought one of those climing sticks tryed it in the yard to get use to it man that think is great,hope every ones season going good so far, good luck and lets get some big boys:D:D:D

4 buck and 12 doe Saturday (first day), spike & doe last night.

Almost had a chance to put us on the board last night. Saw 4 doe and a nice buck last night. 3 doe came in with the buck following. The buck never presented a shot and when he proceeded back to the corn field and out of sight I took the doe. Nephew in the picture with me. Working to get him started early.

Congrats on the Doe,

I saw 5 Bucks Monday neither within bow range, and about 12 does a few came within range but it was too dark to take a clean shot without the possibilities of wounding. Overall I had a good two day hunt in Hogs Island Va.

These deer were walking the Marsh Lines just about 5 yards off the roads behind heavy cover headed towards the corn fields. I added some light to the photo to show the deer sneaking through about 7:20 pm as they came up out the marsh behind them into the open fields.
