O2B, having done a back ground cheque and processing your resume we welcome you.
Gutshot, If I can do it, anyone can. Hang in there.
Season starts this Saturday guys, Sept. 4 as I been out scouting the mountain side, been seeing some descent 5pters but my concentration is on elk as I'll be persuing them mostly in Sept. I had two cows and a raggety bull within range today, as there starting to be very vocal. I've got some nice oppururtunity for mulies or whities out here come the time, but I got to get my elk first, sorry guys, but I'll keep ya posted, good luck,
Bobby

121553, I'm glad I passed your test. I only hope I can live up to the test. Just to let you know I could have killed a 18-20 in wide six pointer yesterday. I was out hanging a couple of stands and decided to sit in one after I hung it. Not 25 min after I put it up 3 does and the big 6 cam in within 10 yards of the stand heading out to the corn filed 25 yards away. It will be a chip shot for my stnad. He is n't the only one in there either. I've seen a nice tall 8 and a massive 10 pointer in this same small patch. I think it will be a good season.
Good luck with the elk.
Sept 4 the only thing I can hunt is doves and geese, and believe you me I will be out and dusting both of them.
Good luck to all this season and lets put up some good numbers.

I'm back now. I just spent 5 days doing the most intense fishing in my life. I was 300 miles offshore south of San Diego catching big, big fish. I recommend this trip to anyone who enjoys fishing offshore. I'll warn you that it will ruin you for doing any other type of offshore trips.
Now that I back I'm ready for the rut.

Alright, thanks for the support guys, my time is going to be limited coming in here but I've got 9 treestands scattered here in the bush as well as some ambush spots set aside, I be gone until after next week hunting mostly for elk and glassin for some mulies, we actually got dusted with a skiff of snow at the 5,500 ft elev, the weather was down right nasty, when last year this time we were in 3 digit temps(f).
Good luck team and don't take any trash talkin from that wannabe team #4.
