Why aren't IBO speeds listed on concepts webpage?

How about some stats on the concept 99 @ 80% let off?

Also how long is the sight bar on the deer jammer sight?

Concept99 IBO speed is 312fps at 99% its only a few fps faster at 80%, not sure on the sight but I'll find out
