Default Lighted Nocks

Got these nocks off Ebay, they are bright, and about $19.00 for three

COOL

I was using the one's from Cabela's for a long time, they came in a 6 pack of bolts and 3 then would have the lighted nocks on, I think , they used to be like 40 bucks for the 6 bolts and 3 lighted nocks, IMO a great BUY
they were magnetic ON/OFF deal and battery's lasted YRS,(have some I haven't used in 7+ yrs old now and they still light up if I run them under a magnet!, so, again they LAST long!, actually checked one a few weeks ago,a s a buddy asked me about them!

for my set up, simply placed a magnet under my scopes Objective lens and the set up perfect IMO
no twisting or tweaking a nock to do the ON OFF deal, which I really liked!

Not sure if they still have them, but if so, well worth the costs, both nocks and bolts flew true!

if anyone wants GREAT invention IDEA<
I have had some deer run off or just struggled to find a bolt that sunk into the ground past the nock
NOW< if someone made a nock that lighted up, AND< say after 30 minutes or so, would start to BEEP

I think that would be an awesome idea
make recovering a lost bolt / arrow, pretty easy, and heck, if bolt /arrow stayed in the game animal, would help you find that as well

Food for thought, and sorry to get of topic

I used the nocturnals on both my crossbow bolts and my regular arrows. (different ones but same brand) Its really nice watching your projectile hit its mark and knowing that you have a short tracking job ahead of you. And helps a great deal in locating it in low light. On the off chance you don't hit where you want these things will show just where you hit and how long you should wait. I won't hunt without them.
MRBB - that is a cool idea. I'm sure it can be done. My hearing aids beep when the battery gets low.
