Default adjusting trigger pull on your cross bow?

Is it possible for the trigger pull to be adjusted on your cross bow?

I wouldn't mess with the trigger pull. My draw weight is 185 lbs, I expect it to be harder than a rifle trigger, there is a lot of pressure pulling on that trigger mechanism. That trigger is the only think holding back all that draw weight on a crossbow, it isn't the same as a firearm trigger. You get to messing with that the thing and it could go off when you do not want it too, a very dangerous situation. At the very least ask a technician at your bow shop.

most are NOT designed to be adjusted, there MIGHT be a couple that have adjustable triggers,m
but due to safety I doubt anyone would want to be TRYING to adjust a NON adjustable one
a law suit waiting to happen! IMO! and I would ONLY talk to the OEM of the X Bow, as if you alter it, your on your own, and again, opening the door to liability should anything ever happen, even if you SELL it some day and it happens to next guy!

Targethunter, your post is way off the thread subject.

It is much better to look carefully and buy one to start with that suits you, there are several that have really nice triggers.
